Take off from Redcliffe and fly north along over Deception Bay enroute to Glass House Mountains before heading to Bribie Island then heading back along the eastern coast of Bribie Island in our ex-Vietnam helicopter. You may even spot a whale, dolphin or Dudong. Every image you take will be 'instagramable' Bell 47 P/L operates one of the last remaining machines that was in Vietnam and renowned for the best view out of a helicopter ever. General: Flights are subject to aircraft availability, weather conditions and air traffic control. In accordance with Civil Aviation Act, the Pilot in Command has total authority to cancel a flight on safety grounds. In accordance with Civil Aviation Safety Authority CAAP 235-1 (paragraph 11) all passengers are required to provide full name and accurate weight As far as is permitted by law, you agree when you fly to indemnify and release the operator in respect of any claims, loss or damage incurred or arising as a result of your booking. The following acts by Passengers will result in NO REFUNDS: A deliberate weight variance of more than 10% at time of booking. All cancellation requests should be made in writing by email. Cancelations with less than 24 hours’ notice result in No refund Passengers must attend at least 20 minutes before the booked flight. Late arrivals or no-shows will not be refunded or rescheduled. Responsibilities of Passengers By your participation you accept the inherent risks of possible injury or harm associated with the flight and the inherent risks associated with any activity in or near water. You should consider this participation in a responsible manner and with good judgment, particularly if you have a health or medical condition, are pregnant or have other physical limitations. Passengers with medical conditions are responsible for assessing whether they can participate. You must seek medical advice if uncertain. Use of cameras (video/still) The aircraft is fitted with GoPros. Photographs or videos taken by you must be for your own personal use and enjoyment and not for any commercial purposes. No devices are permitted to be extended outside the cabin, eg: GoPro on self sticks or similar.
